On June 17 and 18 2024, the HYPIEND project consortium met at the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education (CMKP/CPME) in Warsaw, Poland, for the project six-month consortium meeting.

During the first day, the meeting was focused on the review of the main advancements of the project and updates on the project work packages, followed by in-depth technical discussions. The second day, June 18, was dedicated to celebrating the General Assembly of the project. Overall, the Warsaw meeting facilitated productive exchanges and strengthened the collaboration among the HYPIEND partners.

Coordinated by Eurecat, the HYPIEND project aims to reduce the impact of endocrine disruptors during critical developmental periods such as pregnancy, the first 18 months of a baby’s life, and prepuberty. This meeting was a significant step towards advancing our understanding and developing strategies to mitigate exposure to these harmful chemicals.

The meeting was attended by members representing HYPIEND consortium, including technology centres, universities, research institutes, hospitals, and companies.
