AETOX 2024

HYPIEND’s computational modelling for the study of endocrine disruption was presented at the XXV Spanish and IX Iberoamerican Congress of Toxicology – AETOX, that took place in Murcia, Spain, from 3rd-5th July 2024.

Project partner Ágata Llobet Mut, from ProtoQSAR, exposed the computational techniques used in the HYPIEND project to analyze endocrine disruption compounds. The talk was held within a session on experimental toxicology and alternative methods.

Within the HYPIEND framework, ProtoQSAR is in charge of creating a knowledge database crucial for characterizing mixtures and assessing their impact on endocrine disruption. Through advanced computational methods, ProtoQSAR aims to provide valuable insights that will enhance understanding and evaluation processes in this domain.

The XXV Spanish and IX Iberoamerican Congress of Toxicology, organized by the Spanish Association of Toxicology (AETOX) focused this edition on One Health approach to evaluate the health threats of the 21st century.
